Overview

Referrals prove to be the most successful customer acquisition tactic, so in an effort to double down and improve what is already working, I worked with the team to identify opportunities. We quickly realized the user flow could be improved, along with in-app marketing. Along with improvements, the previous referral program was also out of date for Hitch’s current branding.

Key Objective

Increase the percentage of users that refer at least one person to roughly 6%.
