Overview

In Q4 of 2022, Hitch worked on developing our latest addition, the XL product. The XL ride categorizes larger SUV vehicles separately, allowing users to book a ride that meets their needs.

Art Direction & Marketing

I worked with our lifecycle team to put together a launch email, designing a chart that outlines our various services in comparison with XL. My early concepts for social followed a similar direction to the email, but I found the art was too simple to grab the attention of social media scrollers. I worked with our customer experience team to link everything to an article on our blog outlining the details of the new product.
